How do I return an item?
Returns and Exchanges
At Exhibit Potential, it is important for us to meet the needs of our customers in a timely manner. Please review our returns and exchanges policies, which may change at any time:
Damaged or Defective Products
If your product arrives damaged due to manufacturing defects we will fix or replace your product at no cost to you. If your product does arrive damaged due to a shipping company's mishandling, that carrier insures your shipment and we will do our best to expedite the claim and rectify the situation. While we will strive to help our clients in any way possible, we do not necessarily accept any expedited shipping charges incurred in shipping out replacement products or repairs.
For damaged or defective products, please call 1.888-224-8865 or email firstname.lastname@example.org within 3 business days of receiving the product to request a return authorization number. Please submit photographs of the damaged items along with the order number for our review and records. Packages returned to our location or our supplier's warehouses without an authorization number will be refused upon delivery.
Other Returns and Exchanges
There is a 25% restocking fee for returned items that are not damaged. Customer is responsible for all shipping costs and the restocking fee unless the product is damaged or defective. Please contact us within 7 days if you intend to return any item to our store. Please note that many of our items are not eligible for this returns policy, such as custom-printed graphics or made-to-order exhibits. Items returned to us after 7 days will not be accepted.
ANY PRINTED GRAPHICS, HANGING BANNERS, HANGING BANNER HARDWARE, ANY CUSTOM EXHIBITS, BANNER STANDS WITH PRINTED GRAPHICS AND TABLE SKIRTS ARE PRODUCED TO ORDER AND CANNOT BE RETURNED.
Warranty on Products
Many of our products carry lifetime warranties against manufacturing defects and almost all carry at least a limited one-year warranty. Please check the product description of the specific product for more detailed information about the returns policy and/or warranty information for that product.
All of our displays are covered under warranty to be free from defects in hardware material and workmanship if properly used under normal conditions. Under this warranty we are limited to correcting or replacing, at our discretion, any hardware or parts that shall be returned to us. This warranty shall not apply to any products that must be replaced because of normal wear, that have been subject to misuse, negligence, improper installation or accident, or that have been altered by someone other than Exhibit Potential. For any items damaged during shipping or transportation please refer to our “Damaged or Defective Products” policy section.
